Complete smart home technology integration for a 12,000 sq ft custom residence. Scope included Lutron lighting control, Crestron automation, distributed audio/video, CCTV, fire alarm, structured wiring, and EV charging.
Distribution Warehouse — CCTV & Fire Alarm
Design and installation of a 400-camera IP CCTV system and addressable fire alarm system for a 1.2M sq ft distribution warehouse. Integrated with existing access control and central monitoring station.
Full-Service Hotel — BAS, Voice & Data, Fire Alarm
Complete low-voltage and building automation systems for a 320-room full-service hotel. Included BAS integration, structured cabling for guest rooms and conference center, fire alarm, and CCTV.
Luxury Multifamily — Smart Technology Package
Smart technology package for a 240-unit luxury apartment community. Included unit-level smart home controls, community CCTV, structured wiring, fire alarm, and EV charging infrastructure for the parking structure.
A Legacy Built in Chicagoland.
Before IntelEstate, our principals operated as Total Systems Group and Hi-Tech Electric Company — technology contractors based in the Chicago area serving hundreds of clients across Northeast Illinois and Northwest Indiana.
It started in 1986 with a systems integration contract for the Chicagoland Federal Credit Union — our very first project. That work led to a request from Citibank to replicate the scope across thirteen additional locations. We could not execute at that scale alone. That gap became the catalyst for creating the IntelEstate Network — a nationwide contractor platform built to handle exactly that kind of demand.
Along the way, our Chicagoland portfolio included high-profile residential and commercial clients, subcontract work for Elston Telephone Company (a major Panasonic dealer in Chicago), and technology systems for some of the most recognized names in the region.
Chicagoland Federal Credit Union
Systems Integration — The First Project
The project that started it all. In 1986, Total Systems Group completed a full systems integration contract for the Chicagoland Federal Credit Union — our very first engagement as a systems contractor. This project led directly to a Citibank request for thirteen additional locations, and ultimately to the creation of the IntelEstate Network. Technology systems installation across all 15 Kenny's Ribs and Chicken restaurant locations throughout Illinois. Scope included POS network wiring, structured cabling, CCTV surveillance, fire alarm, and telecommunications for each location.

Elston Telephone Company — Chicago, IL
Total Systems Group and Hi-Tech Electric performed extensive subcontract work for Elston Telephone Company, one of Chicago's largest Panasonic telephone dealers. This partnership supported hundreds of commercial telephone and communications installations across the Chicago metropolitan area.
